Graham has over 30 years of experience in the financial and technology markets, corporate governance and venture investing in technology-based companies. Graham joined the board of FD Technologies in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and played a fundamental role in the development and delivery of the growth strategy for the business, whose revenue grew 25 times during his tenure. During his career he has been extensively involved in corporate acquisitions, restructurings, developing strategic partnerships, investment activities and latterly established and ran the FD Technologies Venture Fund. He formerly held senior roles with KPMG, Bank of Ireland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He is responsible for sourcing and executing equity investment opportunities for the Growth Capital Fund. Following Whiterock’s investments Graham works with portfolio management teams to realise their ambitious growth plans.
