Oliver graduated from Northumbria University, with a First-Class Honours in Accounting, where he spent a year abroad at Korea University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Oliver completed his Chartered Accountants Ireland contract with EY, before working in the Northern Ireland Corporate Finance market for 5 years, advising Shareholders on buy-side and sell-side engagements across a range of domestic and cross-border transactions in the healthcare, technology, FMCG and construction sectors.

Oliver is an Associate Director within the Growth Capital Fund team and is involved in deal origination, deal execution, and portfolio management. His role involves supporting the investment appraisal process from sourcing opportunities through to completion.
