James has an Honours degree from The University of Warwick in Accounting and Finance.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Muir & Addy in March 2016, before moving to EY, where he worked as an Assistant Manager in the Audit department.

James has experience in providing both audit and accounts preparation services to a wide variety of clients such as charities, pension schemes, and wide range of SMEs, including companies in the manufacturing and construction sectors.

As Due Diligence Manager he is responsible for due diligence on potential investments, analysis on investment transactions and portfolio management of investments made.
